Sauce- cook onion in butter until tender - do not brown. Stir in
flour, salt, pepper and harvest blend spices. Add milk - cook
and stir on medium heat until thickened and bubbly. in a 2
quart casserole place half of the sliced potatoes and 1/2 of
cubed ham. Cover with half of the sauce. Repeat leayers.
Baked covered in 350 F oven for 45 minutes. Unvocer and
bake about another 30 minutes until potatoes are done.
