Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake potatoes for 1 hour. (be sure to poke with a
fork)
While potatoes are baking, cook bacon.
When potatoes are done, let cool for 10 min.
Then, slice in half length wise and scoop out inside
of potato. (put insides of potatoes into a bowl-
save skins)
Add these ingredients into bowl with the insides of
the potato- sour cream, milk, butter, salt & pepper,
1/2 cup of cheese. Mix with hand mixer until creamy-
spoon mixture into skins.
Top each with cheese.
Bake for another 15 min on 350°.
