Put pork in heavy duty ziplock bag to marinade.
Add a can & a half of coke & 1/4 cup brown sugar.
Marinade for a few hours.
When done, drain marinade & put pork, 1/2 can of
coke, water, & garlic salt in crockpot. Cook on high
for 3-4 hours.
When done, remove pork & drain liquid.
Shred pork. -FREEZE-
When you take it out of freezer to make-
In a food processor or blender- blend 1/2 can of
coke, chilies, enchilada sauce & remaining brown
sugar(1 cup)- mix & blend.
Put shredded pork & sauce in crockpot and cook on
low for 2 hours.
Put tortilla in bowl for each person. Add pork,
rice, black beans & lettuce-top with ranch and
enjoy!
