Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
Prick the pork chops all over with a fork, and place them in a ziplock bag or covered container.
Pour the marinade over the chops, and turn to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours or overnight.
Turn porkchops occasionally.
When ready to grill, discard the marinade.
On medium heat, grill the chops for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until done.
