shred cabbage, put in a large bowl and season with
salt and pepper. Toss to distribute.
in a separate bowl, mix miracle whip with a splash
of the vinegar and just enough milk to thin. Add
sugar to taste (you just want to cut the
sharpness, not make it sweet). Adjust the vinegar
and milk till it is to your liking.
pour dressing mixture over cabbage and toss.
I start with 1/2 of the dressing and add small
amounts at a time to avoid over dressing.
