Cut the 1 inch beef chunks into smaller bite size
pieces. By itself in a pan cook it until its all
brown. Then bring down the heat to low and put a
half a cup of water over the meat then put the cut up garlic
and onion into it. Let it simmer for ten minutes.

In a separate saucepan cook the pasta while the meat is simmering,
follow the directions on the back of the package. DO NOT put
milk in it and put an extra cup of water into it, making a total of two
and a half cups of water.

After the pasta is cooked, pour all the meat,
seasons and water into the saucepan. Turn down it
down to simmer for about five minutes then serve.
