Line a 10x15 cookie sheet with foil and grease.
Lay crackers over the whole pan, salt-side up.

|
Boil 1 cup butter with 1 cup brown sugar for 3 minutes.
Watch and stir till bubbly.
Pour over crackers and bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

|
Take out of oven.
Pour the semi-sweet morsels over the crackers and let them melt.
Sprinkle 1 cup crush nuts over chocolate.

|
Put in refrigerator to cool (2-3 hours).
Break into pieces.
Irresistable!
