Fine lemon flavored sugar for decoration (optional)
Instructions
Prepare graham cracker crust by mixing ingredients and pressing onto ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Blend dry cake mix, butter, and 1 egg. Place mixture onto graham cracker crust. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually blend in powdered sugar. Stir4 in peel and lemon juice until smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup refrigerate. Beat 2 eggs into remaining cheese mixture until blended. Spread over cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 25 minutes. Cool completely. Spread with reserved cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate until firm. Sprinkle fine lemon flavored sugar on top if desired.
