1 cup buttermilk (or 1 cup milk with 1 Tablespoon vinegar iff you don't have any)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons sour cream
3 Tablespoons parsley, chopped
2 Tablespoons chives, chopped
1/2 Tablespoon dill, chopped
4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients into an airtight container (preferably a Mason jar) and seal tightly. Shake vigorously to combine. Taste and season as needed. Refrigerate for at least an hour prior to serving. Will last 4 days in the fridge.
