Put tuna or chicken in separate bowl and flake apart. Cut onion and (celery). Add celery, onion, cheese and 1/4 cup of mayo mixture to tuna (chicken). Mix well. Refrigerate remaining mayo mixture.
Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 16 triangles. On 13 inch round baking stone arrange triangles in a circle with the wide ends of the triangles overlapping in center and points towards outside. Scoop tuna mixture into wide ends of triangles. Bring outside points of triangles up over filling and tuck under wide ends of dough at center. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
