Mix the flour, salt, and Alum together. Boil 2
cups of water and add it along with the cooking
oil to the dry ingredients; mix well. Add food
coloring. Put on bread board and knead well to
thoroughly mix the color into the dough. Separate
into 5 balls and put in an air tight container in
the fridge; the cooling prevents gumminess. Store
in fridge up to 3 months.
