|
Coat non-stick fry pan with spray oil and heat to
med heat. Sayute panko bread crumbs mixed with
walnuts until golden brown. Remove from pan.

Add cream to pan and gently heat. Crumble in blue
cheese and half melt through so mixes with cream but
lumps still visible.
|
|
|
Stir sauce through cooked pasta and sprinkle toasted
breadcrumb and walnut mixture on top.
