In a 9 x 13 pan add all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with milk (just barely over cooked macaroni). Sprinkle crushed sleeve of Ritz crackers over top. Cook at 350-375 degrees in oven until cheese melts and bubbles and milk is evaporated from top and top is brown. To make a lesser amount, you may use 1/2 the recipe of ingredients. If the mixture seems to soupy because of the milk just cook a bit longer at lower heat.
