In large skillet, cook the ground beef, bacon and onion until beef is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in water, sugar, barbecue sauce, catsug, molasses, and chili powder. Stir in pork and beans, butter beans, and kidney beans.
Transfer bean mixture to a 3 quart casserole. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring twice. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
