1. Beat eggs together with almond milk with pepper & nut
meg in a large bowl. Mix into your eggs the feta, ham,
garlic, onion & spinach.
2. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Cook at 350 for 45 min
utes or until the eggs are cooked fully.
3. Caveats- You can always leave out the ham & make it
vegetarian.
4. Serve for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
