wah and dice the 10 potatoes and put in kettle add salt to taste and diced onion. cover potatoes with water. cook until potatoes are thouroughly cooked. drain all but about 1/4 of the water and put back in kettle. add 8 ouncescream cheese and stir. return to heat and add mushroom and celery soup, stir, and heat for about 15 minutes.
