Peel, cube, and boil potatoes until tender; drain.
Mash the potatoes very well. Add the cream cheese
and butter. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Add in
the rest of the ingredients and mix until well
blended. Place in a greased casserole dish.
Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45
minutes. NOTE- My friend Vicki prepares these
every Thanksgiving instead of mashing potatoes at
the last minute while everyone is waiting to eat.
