Pour orange jello into a medium bowl and add the boiling water. Stir mixture to dissolve the jello. Add the sherbert and mix well. Cool the mixture in the refrigerator until it is thick as unbeaten egg whites. Add the mandarin oranges, including the leftover juice, then fold in the whipped cream. Pour the gelatin mixture into a six cup mold. Chill until set. It will take 3 hours or more.
