Combine 1 C milk, 2 T marg, 2 T suagar and 1 t
salt in glass measuring cup. Heat in microwave.
let cool until lukewarm. While this is microwaving
& cooling, combine 1/4 C warm water and 1 T yeast
and let foam. When milk is cooled add 1 C flour,
yeast mixture, and 2 eggs. Then add 2 to 3 more
cups of flour. Let dough rise in mixing bowl with
a towel over the bowl until it rises to the top.
About 1 hour. Roll dough out onto a floured
surface into little balls. Place on greased cookie
sheet. Cover and let them rise again for 45
minutes to 1 hour. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or
less.

For cinnamon rolls- instead of rolling into balls,
roll out onto a floured surface oblong. Melt
margarine and spread over dough rectangle.
Sprinkle on sugar and LOTS of cinnamon. Roll and
slice dough into 1 inch thick slices. Place in 9 X
13 pan. Cover and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Bake at 400 15 - 20 minutes. For frosting- mix 3-
4 cups powdered sugar, melted margarine, and a tsp
of vanilla. Add milk as needed to make runny
enough to pour on warm cinnamon rolls.
