Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking pan. In mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, vanilla, egg yolk and sugar until thouroughly blended. Roll out 1 crescent roll in the bottom of the pan. Pour mixture on top of crescent roll and spread evenly. Roll out remaining crescent roll. Brush with egg white. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 20 to 30 minutes(until crescent rolls are flaky and lightly browned). Cool and refrigerate. Serve cold.
