14 1/2 oz. undrained Italian-seasoned diced tomatoes
1 c. sliced kielbasa sausage or cubed ham
1 c. uncooked converted long-grain white rice
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8-1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
14 1/2 oz chicken broth
8 oz. uncooked, peeled, deveined medium shrimp
1/2 c. frozen peas
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. In baking bowl combine bell pepper, celery, and onion. Press garlic into baking bowl. Add tomatoes, sausage, rice, and seasonings. Stir.
Pour broth over rice mixture. Cover and bake for 55-60 min. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from oven. Add shrimp and peas. Cover. Let stand 10 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

Easy! One of Tim's favorites. I just use minced garlic instead of garlic cloves and I don't use peas.
