Slice cake horizontally into 3 layers. Sprinkle layers with juice. Cut into 1" cubes.

Pour milk into bowl. Add pudding & beat 30 seconds. Let stand 2 minutes or until thick.

Gently stir in 2 cups cold Cool Whip until smooth. Layer 1/2 cake cubes, peaches & pudding mix. Repeat.

|
|
Garnish with remainin Cool Whip. Refrigerate 1 hour.
