Combine rhubarb, 1 cup sugar, ¼ cup flour and cinnamon. Evenly spread mixture over the bottom of a 8”x8” baking dish or casserole.
Combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and cut in the butter or margarine to form crumbs. Sprinkle this crumb mixture evenly over the rhubarb in the baking dish.
Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes or until the rhubarb is tender and juicy.
Best served warm with cream, whipping cream, or ice cream.
