4 slices bread (cut into 12 strips)

3 eggs (1/2 cup egg substitute)

1/4 milk
|

1 cup Corn Flakes (crushed)

1 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp vanilla

salt

powdered sugar

Instructions |

|
Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium high heat. Place crushed
corn flakes in a large, shallow bowl.
|

Mix eggs and milk; then add cinnamon, vanilla and a pinch of salt.
|
|
|
Take eat strip of bread through the egg mixture, then the corn
flakes, and cook on both sides (2-3 min per side).
|
|
|
Put the cooked toast on a paper towel-lined plate and cool. Dust
with powdered sugar.
