Preheat oven to 350 degrees (f) (175 degrees (c)
grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Sift together the
flour & baking soda. Set aside

Chop chocolate & place into a medium bowl. Pour the
hot water over it & stir until chocolate is melted &
smooth. Allow to cool at room temperature.

|
In a large bowl cream together butter & sugar until
light & fluffy. Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
Stir in melted chocolate & vanilla. Beat in flour
mixture alternately with the butter milk. Mixing
just until incorporated.

Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated
oven (350) for 25-30 minutes or until inserted
toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool
