1 tbsp paprika

2 tsp dried oregano leaves

2 tsp dried thyme leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

2 lb large shrimp
|

1/3 cup light beer, room temperature

1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions |

|
In a large nonstick skillet, combine all ingredients, except shrimp, beer, and broth. Cook over medium heat until the sauce begins to boil.

Add shrimp and cook about 5 minutes. Add beer and broth and cook until shrimp are done, about 5-7 minutes
