Sift flour, sugar and sale together. In sauce pan, bring to a
boil margarine, water and cocoa. Combine all ingredients in
bowl and mix well. Pour in a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch floured
pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
FROSTING- in saucepan, combine margarine, cocoa and
milk. Heat til margarine is completely melted. DO NOT BOIL.
Gradually add confectioners sugar. Add chopped pecans and
vanilla. Spread over warm cake.
