1. Peel potatoes & cut into chunks. Boil until tender. Drain.

2. In large mixing bowl, beat potatoes until fluffy. Continue beating & add butter, cream cheese (cut into small pieces) Beat in sour cream & Seasonings.

3. Scrape Potato mixture into a heavily buttered casserole dish & refrigerate, covered with plastic wrap.
|
|
|
4. To Cook- Bring to room temp. (take out of fridge 1 1/2 - 2 hours before).
Cook @ 300, uncovered for about 30 - 45 mins.
