Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil and then add
rest of ingredients. Mix and pour into jelly roll
pan. Bake at 350° for 20- minutes. Cool.
Frosting-
1 stick oleo, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/3 cup buttermilk.
Bring to a boil and add 1 lb. powdered sugar, 1 tsp.
vanilla, salt, 1 cup chopped nuts.
(Make half of icing)
