In a large pan, cook spaghetti in large amt. of boiling salted water for 10-12 min. or until just tender. Drain in a strainer. Transfer to a bowl and stir butter into hot spaghetti; stir in beaten eggs and Parmesan. Form mixture into a crust in a greased 10 in. pie plate. Spread with cottage cheese.
In a skillet, cook sausage, onion and green pepper till meat is browned and veggies are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through.
Turn meat mixture into spaghetti crust and bake in 350 oven for 20 min. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese; bake about 5 min. more or until cheese is melted.
