Mix oil with garlic. Brush on both sides of each English Muffin.

Either fry in pan on stovetop OR bake in oven @ 350 degrees. Turn over once when lightly browned.

|
|
Using a long knife, cut each muffin into cubes. Place cubes in large baking dish and place in 200 degree oven to completely dry into croutons.
|
|
|
Once cooled, will keep in ziploc bag for several days.
