oil .. garlic ... pork belly ...good red wine (if
you can marinate the rabbit in the wine for a
couple of hours). Fry some garlic in some oil ...
add pork belly and let it get slightly crunchy ...
remove the pork and add some more garlic ... add
the rabbit and let it fry gently in the oil and
juices ... add salt and pepper to taste .... once
you see that the rabbit has lost its 'pinkish'
colour and the red wine (marinade) and the pork
belly. Leave to simmer gently for about an hour ..
add some marrowfat peas for the last 20mins or so
or simmering ... enjoy ! -)
