Mix butter, flour, sugar and nuts. Pat into 9 X 13
pan and bake 5 minutes at 350°. Cool, then mix
powdered sugar, cream cheese, and 1/2 carton of cool
whip. Beat until creamy. Spread over cooled crust.
Mix 2 boxes pudding and 2 1/2 cup milk until
thickened and spread over 2nd layer. Take other half
of cool whip and spread over pudding layer. Sprinkle
nuts over topping. Cool and serve.
