1. Chop up all vegetables to bite size and put in a large bowl.
2. Mix all other ingredients in a small bowl.
3. Combine everything into the large bowl.
4. Top with parsley or dill, depending on preference.
Add more or less seasoning to taste. Not all vegetables have to be
used and other fresh vegetables can be added, such as cauliflower,
broccoli, cabbage, etc.
