Fry a small finely chopped onion,finely chopped
celery and carrots ,add 1 teaspoon grated ginger,1
teaspoon turmeric & 1/2 teaspoon hot curry. Pinch
or more of cayenne pepper,add finely chopped
checken breast . Fry and stir so it doesn't burn.
Add 1 1/2 ltrs chicken stock,season,add a small
tin of sweetcorn and a grated potato and let it
simmer. Towards end mix a tablespoon ful of
cornflour to some water and add to the soup . This
will thicken it slightly. I sometimes add some
noodles to this soup.
