Peel potatoes. Cut in chunks. Boil until tender.
Drain and mash. Add all other ingredients. Place in
9 X 9 casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
at 400°
Remove and add topping of 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2
tbsp. flour, 1/4 cup oleo and 1/2 cup chopped
pecans.
Cut cold butter into sugar and flour. Sprinkle over
sweet potatoes. Add nuts. Return to oven. Bake for
10 minutes uncovered at 400°
