Boil potatoes and carrots in broth. Shred meat in baking dish. When potatoes and carrots are partially cooked, remove from broth, leaving broth in pan. Add remaining vegetables to baking dish. Mix. Dissolve corn starch in water and slowly add to broth, cook until gravy is warm. Pour on top of veggie mix. Make extra gravy, or pour extra broth over mixture. Mix together bisquick, milk and butter, pour over mixture. Bake for 45 min at 425(cover for about 1/2 hour), until topping is lightly browned.
