1 cup pineapple juice, drained from can of pineapple chunks
1/3 cup finely chopped organic canned pineapple
1 TBSP raw honey
2 TBSP wine vinegar
2 TBSP coconut aminos
2 garlic clove
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 TBSP tomato paste
Instructions
In a medium saucepan, mix sauce ingredients until combined. Heat over medium heat until sauce begins to boil. Turn to medium-low and let sauce simmer for 5 – 10 minutes, or until it thickens a bit.
