Mix together flour, salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, brown sugar, sugar and oil. Beat with mixer on medium speed until well-blended. Remove 3/4 c. of this mixture for the topping. Stir into it the nuts and the 1-1/4 tsp. cinnamon. Set aside. To the remaining mixture, add soda, baking powder, egg and buttermilk. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into the Pam-sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the reserved topping over the batter and lightly press it down with the back of a spoon. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees until a toothpick comes out clean.
