1. Slice the tomatoes about 1/2 inch thick.
2. Top tomatoes with salt and pepper (optional).
3. Top tomato slices with 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp of feta cheese on each.
4. Top each slice with preferred herb, such as basil.
5. Eat immediately.

Substitutes- Goat cheese instead of feta cheese.

|
|
Herbs- Cilantro, parsley, dill.
