Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine
flour, baking powder, and salt in small bowl; set aside.
Beat granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter in large bowl with
electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat eggs and
vanilla. Add flour mixture. Beat at low speed until well blended. Stir
in chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until
golden brown. Remove pan to wire rack; cool completely. Cut into 3.75x1.5 inch bares.
Divide frosting among 3 small bowls. Tint 1 with orange food coloring and 1 with green food
coloring. Leaving remaining frosting white. Frost individual cookies as shown in Photo.
