Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add buttermilk, 2 ½ c. flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, salt and eggs. Blend 3 seconds on low, then 2 minutes on medium speed. Stir in remaining flour; knead. Roll out and spread with butter, sugar and cinnamon. Cut and place on pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool and frost.
