1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in
extracts.

2. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed
mixture alternately with cream. Fold in plums. Fill greased or
paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.

3. For topping, in a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour
and cinnamon; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in walnuts.Sprinkle
over batter; sprinkle with coarse sugar.

|
4. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted
near the center comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before
removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm.
