|
1) Cut up bananas in the size of pops you want - can even use a
whole banana. Then insert popsicle sticks or thick toothpicks in
the middle of the banana pieces.
2) Freeze for 20 - 30 minutes (lay on some kind of flat dish/plate
and on wax or parchment paper).
3) Mix greek yogurt with cinnamon and sweetener to your liking -
taste as you add sweetener to see when you should stop adding.
4) Cover the bananas with the yogurt and then with the toppings
and lay back on plate.
5) Freeze for at least 3 hours.
6) Before consuming, allow to thaw for about 15 minutes.

yogurt that's mixed with fruit; honey; coconut flakes;
peanut/almond butter; Nutella

Toppings ideas- coconut flakes (pictured); crushed up cereal of
choice (Cinnamon Toast Crunch is pictured); chocolate chips;
chopped up nuts (peanuts/almonds/etc)

You can eat this as a snack, with breakfast, or for dessert!
