Preheat oven to 325. Combine all dry ingredients, then add the wet
ingredients to the batter. Mix well until smooth and combined.
Pour into a greased 8 inch round pan, and bake for 40 minutes.
Let cool, put some icing and toppings on. Cut into 8.
