Season shrimp as desired (I like to do red wine, pasta sauce, olive
oil, garlic powder, basil, and cayenne pepper). Mix the a mixture
together.
Melt butter in the pan (and maybe add something) and sautee the
a mixture for 3-5 minutes.
Add the heavy cream and the rest of the seasoning. More cajun
seasoning may be needed. Allow to thicken for 10-15 minutes
over low heat. Serve over pasta. Add parmesean cheese if
desired.
