1 chuck roast, cooked and cooled

1 chopped onion

6-8 cups water, enough to just cover roast

Instructions |

|
1. Cube roast and cover with water in large pot. Add
rest of ingredients and bring to a boil, then simmer
until it falls apart.

2. Serve on tortillas with taco fixings.
