Mix Bisquick, sour cream, and 7-Up together. Dough will be very soft - don't worry. Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuites using a round buscuit/cookie cutter. Please note - when I tried this, the dough was just too soft so I just put large spoon fulls of dough into the pan and my biscuits turned out fine. Melt butter in bottom of 9X13 casserole dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees.
