Heat water and butter to boiling, add flour at once and cook. Stir until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat and add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Drop by small spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Cool, split and fill. Makes about 3 dozen. FILLING- Cream shortening, margarine and sugar. Add vanilla and egg white. Pour hot milk over mixture slowly. Beat at high speed on mixer about 5 minutes. Filling will be thick like cream.
