Preheat oven to 350. Combine above ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well by BY HAND!!! Do not use a mixer.

Pour into greased and floured 9” x 13” pan. Bake at 350oF for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and spread with glaze icing while the cake is STILL HOT. Refrigerate overnight.

|
Beat all ingredients for the icing with an electric mixer. Spread on hot cake.
Sprinkle top of cake with more crushed pecans.
Cool, cover and refrigerate overnight.

|
This cake can be frozen, but it also stays fresh in the refrigerator for days.
